Hard case replacement only
The hard case that comes with the notebook type case can be replaced free of charge for a long time.
If you would like a replacement due to cracks, chips, cracks, scratches, etc., please select this from Repair reception form
*We may not be able to support models that have been manufactured for many years and are no longer manufactured by our company.
* If you would like only the adhesive sheet, please select "Other repairs" from the Repair reception form

About lifetime warranty
Repairs can also be done at a store near you

2. Storage of repaired items
When sending, please be sure to include your address, name, and phone number
Please remove accessories such as straps

3. Repair work
After confirming arrival at our company, we will start repairing
We will not notify you of the arrival of the shipment
Please note that we will contact you via email as soon as the repair is completed

4. Delivery of goods
Once the repair is completed, we will send it back to you.
Shipping and cash-on-delivery fees of 880 yen may be charged separately.
