Cancellations, returns and exchanges

Before the product arrives

You can cancel your order except in the following cases. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us using the cancellation/return request form.

- If more than an hour has passed since your order
- If the item has already been shipped
- Customized made-to-order items
- Cancellation of only some of the items out of multiple items
- If there is a statement on the product page that the item is not eligible for return or exchange

Please note that if you purchased from Amazon and the shipping source is the seller, be sure to contact us using our contact form, not Amazon.


We cannot accept any changes to your order after it has been confirmed (adding products, changing colors or sizes, changing addresses, applying coupon codes, wrapping, etc.).
Please contact us using the form below to cancel your order and then place a new order.

After the product arrives

We do not accept exchanges due to customer's ordering mistakes such as size or color.
We accept returns, so please apply for a return within 7 days after the product arrives. (Applications cannot be made after 8 days after the product arrives)
※Applications cannot be made if the order includes non-returnable items. Please contact us using the Contact us.

Cancellation/Return Request Form

To request a return, we will need your order number and the shipping address postal code. Please follow the instructions to complete the procedure.

Please note that the following products are not eligible for return:

・If there is no request or application within 7 days after the product arrives
・If more than 30 days have passed since the product arrived
・Products that have been used or have had leather cleaner applied to them
・Products that have been damaged, soiled or lost
・Products that have acquired an odor, stains or scratches while in the customer's possession
・Products that are in a significantly different condition when returned to us (including the box and accessories) from when they were delivered
・Made-to-order products with engravings, customizations, etc.
・Gift wrapping 
・If there is a statement on the product page that the product is not eligible for return or exchange

If the product you received is damaged, dirty, defective, the wrong product, or the wrong number of items, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us using the form below within 7 days after the product arrives.
