Perfume sample trial service

We send samples to customers who purchase BONAVENTURA fragrances from the official online shop along with the product so that they can try the scent.

Please try the sample first, and if you would like to return the product, we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is unopened.

Steps for trying a sample

1. Add your favorite fragrance to your shopping cart.
   
   
2. A sample of the fragrance you purchased will be automatically added to your order.
   *Samples will not be displayed on the cart screen, but please rest assured that they will be delivered with the product.
   
   
3. When your package arrives, please try the scent with the included sample first.
   
   
4. If you would like to return the product after trying it, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery in an unopened state. You can easily return it with the return slip included with the product, with free return shipping.
   *Samples do not need to be returned.
