1. About the application terms

・These application terms (hereinafter referred to as "these terms") are intended to stipulate the conditions for the "Instagram tagging campaign" (hereinafter referred to as "this campaign") organized by BONAVENTURA Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the organizer"). When applying for this campaign, please read these terms carefully and apply only if you agree. In addition, by applying for this campaign during the application period in accordance with "3. About the application guidelines", you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
・The organizer may revise all or part of these terms at its discretion without prior notice to customers. *The organizer may use the images or videos of our products posted by customers on Instagram (collectively referred to as "posted works") and their captions (including account names and icon images) after processing and editing them for the purpose of promoting and advertising the campaign on this site, websites operated by the organizer, and on social media and web advertising banners by the organizer. For details, please see "4. Application details and precautions".

(3) Announcement of Winners
- As a result of a fair lottery, winners will be notified of their winnings by Instagram direct message around late October 2021. Please note that we will not contact those who are not selected.
*Please note that the sending of the winning notification may be delayed due to circumstances.

(4) Notes after winning
- Please reply within the period specified in the direct message. If the winner does not contact you by the deadline or if there are any errors in the input information, your winning rights may be invalidated.

4. Application details and notes

(1) Application details
- An Instagram account is required to apply. If you do not have an account, please create one. Please check the Instagram terms of use, etc. yourself before creating an account.
- Please note that those who have the private setting on for their posts will not be eligible to apply.
・If you applied via Instagram, we will send you a direct message with the URL for the registration form for shipping information, so please make sure to follow the official BONAVENTURA Instagram account on Instagram.
・If you delete the Instagram account you used to apply or unfollow the official BONAVENTURA Instagram account, you will not be eligible to apply or your winning rights will be invalidated.
・This campaign is not compatible with feature phones. Please use a PC or smartphone (even if you win, you will not be able to receive the prize. In this case, your winnings will be invalidated).

(2) Notes
・Customers agree in advance to the following regarding submitted works.

  1. The organizer may use the submitted work and its caption (including account name and icon image) after processing and editing it for the purpose of promoting and advertising the campaign on this site, websites operated by the organizer, and on social media and web advertising banners operated by the organizer.
  2. Submitted works may be downloaded or used secondary by third parties through the web pages on which they are posted.
  3. Do not submit images or videos that include anyone other than the customer who is applying for this campaign. Also, do not submit information that could identify you or any third party, such as your address, phone number, or email address.
  4. When applying, do not infringe on the copyrights and other intellectual property rights, portrait rights, publicity rights, privacy, or other rights of third parties, or violate or may violate laws, regulations, or public order and good morals.
  5. Submitted works must be original, unpublished photographs taken by the customer who is applying for this campaign.
  6. The copyright of the submitted work belongs to the customer who is applying for this campaign, but the customer agrees to permit the organizer to use the submitted work as described above without restrictions on time or region, and will not exercise moral rights against the organizer.

5. About application and winning eligibility

・You may apply any number of times during the application period. Multiple applications will not affect your chances of winning.
・Each person will be limited to one win. In addition, if it is discovered that the same person has won multiple times using different accounts, or if the organizer deems it necessary, the organizer may void the duplicate wins without prior notice.
・Only one prize will be delivered to one address. In addition, prizes will only be delivered to addresses within Japan.
・Only those residing in Japan can apply.
・Minors must apply for this campaign with the consent of their guardian. If a minor applies, it will be assumed that the consent of the guardian has been obtained.
・Once an application has been submitted, it cannot be retracted.
・Employees and related parties of our company are not eligible to apply.
・If we are unable to contact you about your winning or deliver the prize due to an unknown address or relocation, or if you are absent for a long period of time, your winning rights will be invalidated.
・Please note that we cannot accept changes to the shipping address after you have registered it on the shipping address registration form.
・We plan to ship the prize around the end of October 2021. Please note that shipping of the prize may be delayed due to circumstances.
・While registering personal information is entirely at your discretion, we may invalidate your winning rights if there are any errors in the registration information or if we are unable to contact you.
・If any actions that violate public order and morals, fraudulent applications, or obvious commercial activities are found, the organizer will exclude you from the lottery at its discretion.
・The winning rights are valid only for the winner himself/herself and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash to a third party, including family members.
・All communication costs and associated expenses incurred when applying will be borne by the customer.
・In the event of any fraudulent use that violates these terms and conditions or those of Instagram or Twitter (fictitious, impersonating another person, possession of multiple accounts, etc.), the organizer will invalidate the application and winning without notice.

6. Handling of Personal Information
・All personal information provided by customers will be kept by the organizer and will be used only for the operation and communication of this campaign, as well as the collection and analysis of non-personally identifiable marketing data, and will not be used for any other purposes. In addition, the organizer will not provide personal information to third parties without the customer's permission, except when providing such information to a party to whom the relevant business is entrusted to the extent necessary for the entrustment. After the end of this campaign, the organizer and the party to whom the business is entrusted will dispose of the personal information provided by the customer responsibly.
・Registering personal information is entirely at the customer's discretion. However, please note that if there are any errors in the registration of personal information, or if we are unable to contact you due to an unknown contact information, your application or right to win will be invalidated.
・We will respond appropriately to requests for notification of the purpose of use of your personal information, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of your personal information, and the right to opt out of the suspension of use, deletion, or provision to a third party. 7. Changes, Suspension, Cancellation, and Termination
The organizer may change, suspend, cancel, or terminate this campaign in part or in whole without prior notice to the customer. The organizer shall not be liable for any damages caused by this, unless the organizer is guilty of intentional or gross negligence.

8. Compensation for Damages
- Customers are responsible for their application to this campaign and its results, and if damage is caused to other participants or third parties due to reasons attributable to the customer, the customer shall resolve this at their own responsibility and expense.
- Customers shall compensate the organizer for damages incurred by the organizer in relation to their application to this campaign due to reasons attributable to the customer.
