BONAVENTURA strives to provide the highest quality in all products, from material selection to manufacturing processes. We guarantee that there will be no manufacturing or material defects for the period stated as the warranty period.

BONAVENTURA uses natural leather, so there may be scratches and tiger marks (scars and wrinkle marks) that are inherent to the leather, and there may be individual differences in pattern and size depending on the pattern used for the leather. Please note this in advance.

BONAVENTURA Product Warranty

1. Applicable Products

The warranty stipulated below applies to products manufactured and sold by our company (hereinafter referred to as "Applicable Products").
This warranty applies to customers who have purchased the product, and a receipt (copy acceptable) and warranty number from an authorized dealer are required to receive warranty service. Products purchased (including resale) from any store other than an authorized dealer are not covered by any warranty or repair application.

2. Warranty period (updated September 1, 2023)

Initial defect warranty period: 30 days from date of purchase
Product warranty period: 2 years from date of purchase

3. Lifetime warranty

If you register your warranty after purchase, you will receive the following lifetime warranty.

If you shop at the official online store or directly managed store while logged in after registering as a member, warranty registration will be completed automatically.
If you shop at a store other than the above or when you are not logged in, please prepare the warranty card that came with the product and register the warranty here.



【What is a lifetime warranty】

Our lifetime warranty is not a permanent warranty, but a guarantee that the product will function within its lifetime. The lifetime of a product is defined as the expected length of time it will be used normally. However, if our products contain parts made by other companies, the warranty period for those parts will be the effective warranty period for those parts.

    4. Scope of warranty

    If a breakdown occurs during the warranty period due to our responsibility, we will replace or repair the product free of charge.
    We may be able to repair damage that is not covered by the warranty after providing an estimate, so please contact our customer support first. However, even if the product is within the warranty period, the following cases will not be covered by the warranty.
    Even if the product is replaced or repaired, the warranty period will start from the original purchase date of the product.

  • Wear, loss, misuse or accidental damage
  • Damage caused by excessive force
  • Scratches and abrasions
  • Strong chemicals, cleaners or other liquids
  • Exposure to extreme cold or heat
  • Damage caused by animals, fire or weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Damage caused by airlines or third parties or misoperation
  • Damage caused by modification, repair, etc. by third parties
  • Theft, loss or intentional damage
  • Loss or damage caused during delivery
  • Third party products
  • Indirect or accidental damage caused during the use of this product, this product or Damage to or failure of third-party products used with this product
  • Damage to consumer electronics devices such as laptops, mobile phones, smartphones, tablets, MP3 players, DVD players, handheld devices, or other personal property
  • Damage to data or other items contained in the above equipment, for any reason (including all damages described in this Agreement)
  • The amount of the warranty provided by our company is limited to the amount you paid for this product. Some countries, states, and regions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

    By purchasing a product from us, you agree to our warranty policy. Please also note that our warranty policy may change without notice.

    When requesting a warranty

    After receiving your product, we will determine whether the product is covered by the service warranty. (Usually within 7-10 business days).
    All requests will be judged based on the individual circumstances of the product received.
    If we determine that the product you sent us is defective due to our reasons, we will repair or replace it free of charge (at our expense), excluding product shipping costs, etc.
    If you purchased the product from our online store, please contact our customer center within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will refund the product price or repair or replace it at our expense.

    All products returned to us will first be inspected for authenticity. If it is determined to be a counterfeit product, it will be handed over to our legal department and the counterfeit product will not be returned.
    The following items are not considered to be material or workmanship defects and are not covered by our warranty: In this case, a fee may be charged to carry out the repair.
