Warranty Registration
If you would like after-sales service, please read the Warranty Policy and After purchase,here to register your warranty.
If you shop at the official online shop or directly managed store after registering as a member and logging in, warranty registration will be completed automatically.
If you shop at a store other than the above or when not logged in, please prepare the warranty card that comes with the product and register the warranty from here.
■Example of after-sales service
- Repair of edge paint on leather
- Frayed stitching
- Replacement of hard case (part for attaching mobile phone) of diary case
※Whether replacement or repair is possible and whether repair is free or paid will be decided upon consultation depending on the condition of the product and how it is used.
※Products purchased at stores other than official stores are not covered by the warranty. (Examples: Amazon outlets, second-hand sales sites, etc.)
Returns and exchanges
- In principle, product returns and exchanges are limited to defective products.
- If you purchased the product online, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Please arrange to return the product within 30 days of purchase.
*We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been purchased more than 30 days ago or products whose condition has changed since delivery.

*Due to the nature of natural leather products, there may be individual differences in the position and size of scratches, tiger marks (scars and wrinkles), and patterns on the leather. Thank you for your understanding.
